After implementation, our support department supports you on a daily basis in the processes and use of the software. Our engineers manage the platforms and ensure that everything works smoothly. New wishes often arise while working with the software, which we discuss with you and add to the software.

Plan of action in 7 steps

Step 1:

We inventory the exact wishes and requirements together with you and those involved. Together we make an outline of the project and draw up a plan for its implementation. Matters such as possible integrations, migration data, are discussed here.

This step consists of the install / activate of the software, the implementation of a basic set-up and possible integration with the back office and / or website.

Functional design and testing

Together with the key users, we arrive at an organization of the processes and workflows and a functional test and acceptance in outline.

In this step accompany we will transfer you to the new environment and digital files will be tagged and provided with metadata.

We train the different users, at user level and provide project documentation and user manuals.

Operational phase
