COACHING

Once we’ve agreed on the possibilities for improvement and the desired software solution, we will make an implementation proposal and a plan of approach with detailed project planning. In our experience it’s easier to achieve your final target in accordance with the initial framework if you work in phases. During the coaching, we make life easy for your organisation by taking on the selection, implementation and integration of the desired software solutions. We are not finished until all the desired new processes are up and running and their users fully trained

SUBSCRIPTIONS

It is usually taxing enough for an organisation to maintain its existing IT infrastructure. This is why we prefer to implement SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions, which we host and maintain on your behalf. Our subscriptions are sub-divided based on use; of the software, hosting, technical management, functional management and service desk. Together we decide which SLA (Service Level Agreement) best suits your wishes, organisation and budget.

We also have a program specifically for (in-house) DTP studios and design/advertising agencies. Here we assume responsibility for the complete workplace and server configuration, as well as management, maintenance and the service desk. This allows you to focus on your core activities in a stable and always up-to-date ICT working environment.
