NCOI Group has grown to become the Netherlands’ largest vocational training organisation, with more than 1,000 training courses and educational programmes. These are leaders in the field of practical training and learning. The group has a broad brand portfolio, which includes the brands NCOI, Scheidecker, ISBW, Schoevers, Computrain, Pro Education, Boertien Vergouwen Overduin, Markus Verbeek Praehep, NIBE SVV, Netherlands Administration College, Lectric, NTI, NCOI Engineering and Ises.
The NCOI Group’s marketing department is responsible for recruiting students for all of the group’s training courses and educational programmes. The department takes care of all online and offline communication, such as websites and study guides. The department has its own, in-house DTP studio, in which all communication materials are designed. The copywriting, editing and formatting of study guides is a lengthy and laborious process within the NCOI Group.
NCOI Group chose a WoodWing Enterprise solution.
This enables all of the product managers, tutors and the studio involved in the creation and publication process to work together in a single workflow. The studio opens up a study guide template, via WoodWing, for the copywriters, allowing them to write and edit their texts in the layout, using Adobe InCopy. This integrated workflow with real-time creation function ensures an effective and efficient process. The study guides’ copy is then exported as XML, so it can easily be published on websites.
